KV official with birth name Karen Victory was born on September 18 in the North West Region of Cameroon and raised in Bamenda
She comes from a family of four siblings—two girls and two boys. At the age of 22, she married the love of her life, marking a beautiful chapter in her personal journey.
KV Official is a multi-skilled professional, having acquired certificates in various fields, including Secretarial Administration, and Medical Personnel Training. Beyond music, she has always been dedicated to professional and personal growth.
Her passion for music began at the young age of nine when she actively participated in children’s church singing practices
As she grew older, she joined the youth choir and became deeply involved in ministering through music. With a strong zeal for singing for God, KV official began ministering in different churches and ministries. In 2019, she experienced a deep encounter with God, which led her to write more profound and spirit-filled songs.
In 2021, she was officially signed into BP Conceptz Global, a milestone that marked the beginning of her professional music career.
Music Career and Achievements
In 2025, KV Official released the single “Who You Are”, followed by her highly acclaimed album “Back to Back”, released on 13 August 2025. The album reinforced her reputation as a consistent and spiritually grounded gospel artist, earning strong reception on digital platforms and during live ministrations.
The same year marked a major breakthrough in her career when she won Best Gospel Artist at CIMFEST 2025, one of Cameroon’s most prominent music festivals, held at the Molyko Stadium, Buea. This recognition further established her as a leading voice in English gospel music from Cameroon.
KV Official has ministered at multiple concerts, churches, and national platforms, including CIMFEST 2025, live concerts in Douala, and various church ministrations across the country. Her music is widely described by listeners as soul-touching, faith-building, and spiritually uplifting.
